About the Networx Automotive shopping cart

When you 'Add to cart' or 'View Basket', you will be transfered to the shopping cart section where the web address will change from 'http://www.naonline.co.uk...' to 'http://ww8.aitsafe.com...' which is the domain used for the shopping cart.

In the process of checking out (paying for your products you wish to purchase), when you confirm your personal contact details and order details - by pressing 'Continue', you will be transferred to a secure sever indicated by:

• the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"

Despatch and delivery of your online order

There is a standard delivery charge of £6.00 on all orders.

Most orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via Royal Mail 1st Class or UPS.

Delivery of your order will normally occur between 9am - 6pm on the first working day after despatch.

Please Note: Delivery to any address other than the registered Card-Holder's Billing Address is at the discretion of Networx Automotive. Networx Automotive may also conduct security checks to confirm the validity of the details supplied.

0% Finance Payment Plan

Networx Automotive offers you the 0% finance when you buy online or over the phone at Networx Automotive.

When placing an order with Networx Automotive - online or when you order over the phone - you may elect to pay in full or, if your order total meets the minimum amount shown below, use our convenient 0% finance payment plan with no interest charges from Networx Automotive.

A debit or credit card is required for the 0% finance payment plan and subject to status. No PayPal payments will be accepted for the 0% Finance Program. Your order total (including delivery) will be spread equally over 4 months. The first payment is due on the day of order. The next 3 payments will be taken on the same date of order of the following 3 months. The product price and delivery costs are spread evenly across each payment.

The minimum order total for the 0% finance payment plan is £150, excluding delivery charges.

In the event of a late payment, credit/debit card company interest charges may apply. The payment plan is only available in the UK and cannot be combined with any other offer or applied to any previous purchases.

Networx Automotive will dispatch your product order upon receipt of the first instalment payment (subject to availability). Price and/or payment plan subject to change without notice.

To select the 0% Finance payment plan, you will be requested to check a tick box when entering your details in the shopping cart when you wish to checkout. If your order is less than £150, and you check the 0% Finance payment plan tick box, your request for 0% finance will be disregarded and the full payment for your order will be taken.

Upgrade Program

Prices for upgrading your current model are detailed in the upgrade section.

To upgrade, find your current detector from the column on the left in the upgrade section, then choose which detector you would like to upgrade to from the drop down menu and 'Add to cart'.

Prices for each upgrade are detailed in the drop down menus, next to the system you want to upgrade to.

To complete the upgrade transaction ‘Go to Payments' in the shopping cart and complete the payment details.

Please note: For upgrades, payment can only be taken by credit/debit card. PayPal is not a permitted form of payment for online upgrades. Networx Automotives' 0% Finance Payment Plan is also not permitted on upgrades valued at less than £150.00 (excluding postage).

Once the upgrade payment has been received, your new detector will be dispatched. You will then have 10 days to send us your old (current) detector.

Your credit/debit card details will be held by Networx Automotive for 10 days. In the event that no old detector is received, the remaining balance of the new detector you ordered will be taken by Networx Automotive.

For example if you upgrade your Classic Road Angel to a New Road Angel:

Networx Automotive will charge your credit card £239.95 (+postage) and dispatch your New Road Angel. If after 10 days you have not sent your Classic Road Angel to Networx Automotive, Networx Automotive will charge the remaining balance of £160.00 to the credit card you used to pay for the upgrade.

Please send a covering letter, stating your name, upgrade request and contact details, with your old detector.

We ask that you send any items to us via Royal Mail Recorded First Class delivery to ensure safe delivery of your current system.
